Aanya Jain
Grade 12, Modern School Vasant Vihar
Changemaker | Visionary Teen
Aanya Jain is a Grade 12 student at Modern School Vasant Vihar and a young changemaker passionate about creating more equitable opportunities for people with disabilities.
Her journey began with Project Junoon, a youth-led initiative through which she worked on accessibility, inclusion, and opportunities for people with disabilities. From conducting workshops and creating inclusive experiences to working closely with individuals with disabilities, Aanya saw firsthand that the biggest barrier is often not ability, but access to opportunity.
That realisation led to Let’s Include—a platform designed to connect talented people with disabilities seeking employment with companies ready to hire inclusively.
As a young founder and visionary teen, Aanya hopes to move the conversation around disability beyond awareness and towards action: creating systems where people are recognised for their skills, potential, and ambition—not defined by their disability.
